The transcription factor Zfp335 is esstential for the survival of post-B-selection DN4 thymocytes. We utilized 10x Genomics v3 platform to profile the transcriptomes of Overall design: DN4 thymocytes were FACS-sorted (Live Lin- CD4- CD8- CD44- CD25-) from Zfp335-fl/fl or Zfp335-fl/fl E8III-cre positive 6 week old mice. Each sample was a pool of one male and one female mouse. Following sorting, scRNA-seq libraries were prepared using the 10x Chromium system with v3 chemistry targeting 7,000 cells per sample.
